Terry Rhoades, one of the many staff at Swingle and Associates, discusses with David his course on parenting skills.

Terry has taught this course for 31 years. The course is called S.T.E.P. - Sequential Training for Effective Parenting and is for parents only.

Terry's course is tailored to parents of children 8 to 12 and is seven sessions over seven week.

Terry also teaches a course called "Family Wellness" where the whole family is involved.

The course includes chapters on communications skills and natural and logical consequences.

"Who owns the problem?" - Terry tells David of examples of how to deal with various types of problems as well as things like "Goals and misbehaviour"

Richard's history with the Internet in general and David's CEN-TA tax and Real Estate business; tieing offices across Canada together and creating some of the first web sites in the Canada and the world.

Richard's business, Pacific Data Capture, has been working with Unix, Xenix and now Linux since the early 1980s an is most recently known as the technical side of the hugely popular Live Streaming Eagle Nest Cameras of the Hancock Wildlife Foundation.

In addition to the streaming video, such as this new Ingram Show, Richard's company works heavily in the creation of custom active web sites using Content Management Systems and Social Network Software.
